Senior Property Manager The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of ten years experience and be licensed for both rental and strata management. We are looking for a team player with excellent administrative, management, communication and computer skills. This individual must also possess a thorough knowledge of all relevant BC legislation, have well developed problem solving skills, and have both the capability and desire to advance to senior management. Experience managing strata corporations in a resort environment would be an asset. Preference will be given to CPMs and graduates of the UBC Urban Land Economics Program.
