Mountain Creek Properties Ltd. is owned and managed by Bill Weissig. First licensed in Real Estate in 1974 (in Manitoba), Bill has extensive experience in the management, sales, leasing, maintenance and operations of buildings, systems and facilities.  This includes everything from the hands on management of strata, residential and commercial office and retail properties to managing Property Management companies with up to 6,000 strata and rental units, plus numerous commercial properties under contract. Some of the boards on which Bill has served as a Director include the Rental Housing Council of British Columbia, the Apartment Owners' and Property Managers' Association of Vancouver Island and the Victoria Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. He has also taught property management as an instructor in the Property Management Certificate program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC.
